Parent Training and Feeling Friends
We understand that as parents you want to be able to support your child. You want your child to feel safe with you, to communicate their feelings and trust your guidance. Parents we work with often face one of two issues, the first being that their child does not have that open communication in the first place and if they do, the parent doesn’t know what the best advice is.

Young Mindfulness provides the expert support but that has to be complemented by home-practice. Our Feeling Friends help to create a special time and safe space for parents to interact with children and many times parents find it helps them become more aware of their own feelings too!

The parent training also gives guidance on what you can do to support your child and is available on demand. Both the Feeling Friends and Parent training can be found on our products page
